This is a meditation exercise which takes you through the journey of your breath. Find a comfortable seated position. Set an intention to breathe as quietly as posible. Let your teeth rest gently in one another. Bring the tongue to the palate just behind the teeth. This seals the airway through the mouth, allowing your fullest possible breath. Draw air in through the nostrils, into the nasal cavity.
